Welcome to the Mindstrong Counselling Community

Being in the mental health and wellness space is about so much more than providing a service. Our goal is to be a long term partner that nurtures, heals, and creates a sense of security and hopefulness for those in our community.

We’re excited, happy, and hopeful to be launching the Mindstrong practice in Belle River in October 2019 — with a new brand and website to be the best possible resource to connect with our patients and partners.

We’d also like to congratulate our creative partner and brand strategist in this process, Brittany Gerow, whose work with the Mindstrong brand was featured in Mindsparkle Magazine, a platform that champions innovative and inspiring design that contributes to the changing ways we interact with creative ideas today. Communicating our vision for better wellness was crucial to the brand values that we hold.

Mindstrong Counselling is honoured to connect with the community and build relationships with those who are seeking a better quality of life, a support guide for the future, and to create a safe space for people and families looking to open the door to mental wellness. We look forward to this new chapter for the Mindstrong team and hope we can all grow together.
